Famous host Çağla Şikel shared her experience of spending 11 hours in a dark cabin during a meditation session. Şikel stated, "At that moment, only heartbeats can be heard."

Çağla Şikel, known for her passion for meditation and sports, detailed her experience on Melis İşiten's program. She mentioned that she was locked in a cabin for 11 hours and stated that she did this experience willingly.

Şikel's explanation is as follows:

“The cabin is a dark cabin, I stayed for 11 hours. Is that too much? A meditation that can go up to 11 days. I managed to stay for 11 hours,” said Şikel, also addressing the difficulties of the process. “No series, no phone, no food, I didn't even go to the toilet. Just stop. How do you feel when you stop? The sides of yourself that you like and dislike come to the surface. At that moment, only heartbeats are heard. You get tense but you prepare yourself in advance. There is a walkie-talkie. They lock it on you.”
