In Syria's southern Suwayda province, an explosion of a vehicle loaded with ammunition resulted in the deaths of 2 people, according to initial reports, and many others were injured.

2 DEAD, MANY INJURED
According to a report by Syria's state television, Al-Ikhbariyya, an explosion occurred in a vehicle containing weapons and ammunition collected from a military area in the town of Al-Qurayya in Suwayda. Two individuals aged 19 and 15 who were in the vehicle lost their lives, and many others were injured.
THE EXPLOSION OCCURRED NEAR THE TOMB
It was reported that the explosion occurred while the ammunition-laden vehicle was near the Sultan Pasha al-Atrash Tomb.
THEY THOUGHT THE AMMUNITION WAS EMPTY
Local sources stated that the individuals in question took the ammunition they found in a military area, thinking it was empty or inactive, and brought it to the town.
