Actor Cemal Hünal filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against an agency that allegedly issued fake certificates using his name and forged his signature. Hünal expressed his reaction by saying, "Students are being deceived; distributing certificates with a fake signature has taken on a whole new dimension, and I felt compelled to take action."

Actor Cemal Hünal filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Dreamcast agency and its officials, who are alleged to have registered students using his name and issued fake certificates by forging his signature.

"PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION"

Following the complaint, Hünal stated, "I had stopped providing training there because the students were misinformed. I was giving one hour of training to people who were new to acting. Although the agency sold it this way, I was telling the students, 'one hour of acting training is not enough.' However, the agency was providing incorrect information regarding the training. They were still selling it as if I was giving training. However, distributing certificates with a forged signature became a completely different issue, and I had to take action." he said.

"THEY USED MY NAME"

Actor Cemal Hünal claimed that the firm he worked for 5-6 years used his name to register students and forged his signature to issue certificates. Hünal filed a criminal complaint today at 10:00 AM at the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, accompanied by his lawyer Iyaz Çimen. In his statement regarding the complaint, Hünal said:

"I have been working with a firm called Dreamcast Agency for about five or six years. Two days ago, I learned that fake certificates containing forged signatures in my name were issued, thanks to thank-you messages and certificates sent to me by my students. The signature on the certificate we submitted as an example is not mine. I did not sign such a document. We also submitted screenshots of messages from agency official Hakan Göçkün to the file. It states here, 'do not sign on behalf of the instructors.' I was providing training to the firm I am complaining about every two weeks. This training was more workshop-oriented and not a detailed acting training. I estimate that dozens of these documents have been issued. When I make a statement from my personal social media account, if my students bring me the fake documents they have, I will submit all of them to the file. I am a complainant and plaintiff against the officials of the Dreamcast Agency who forged my signature."

FAKE SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE

After his complaint, Hünal made statements in front of the Istanbul Courthouse, saying, "I am very sad to be here today. An agency I provided training for has distributed training certificates with forged signatures in my name. I learned this in a very sad way from students who sent me thank-you messages on Instagram. It is a sad situation for me. I try to be as helpful as I can to the students. Honestly, it upset me that the students are being deceived. I had stopped providing training there because the students were misinformed. I was giving one hour of training to people who were new to acting. Although the agency sold it this way, I was telling the students, 'one hour of acting training is not enough.' However, the agency was providing incorrect information regarding the training. They were still selling it as if I was giving training. However, distributing certificates with a forged signature became a completely different issue, and I had to take action."

No statement has yet been made by Dreamcast Agency regarding the allegations.
