A large fight broke out among customers wanting to buy discounted televisions at a Walmart store in Tehuacán, Mexico. The incident, which occurred during the discount days known as El Buen Fin, involved more than 50 people. In footage captured by security cameras, the crowd gathered in the section with television boxes was seen first engaging in verbal disputes and then escalating to physical fights. The situation spiraled out of control when a customer in a white t-shirt was blocked from reaching a television box by another customer in a gray jacket. There were no fatalities or injuries in the fight, which was intervened by store security personnel and staff. Store officials stated that the chaos caused by the limited number of products was brought under control. The El Buen Fin event, known as Mexico's Black Friday, took place from November 15 to 18. These discount days, occurring before the Mexican Revolution Day, attract significant interest across the country. While it has been noted that stores will take additional security measures to prevent similar incidents, there are concerns that similar chaos could occur worldwide ahead of the upcoming global Black Friday discounts.
