Prof. Dr. Naci Görür, speaking at the launch, stated that preparing the country for earthquakes is a critical necessity, saying, "25 years have passed since 1999, but we still haven't made our cities earthquake-resistant. Earthquake is a matter above politics. As long as we do not create resilient cities, we cannot avoid major disasters. The responsibility for this issue is not only on the authorities but is in the hands of all of us as the public," he stated.
