Dervişoğlu reacts to Erdoğan-Akşener meeting: There is no place for so-called politics emerging from the dark corridors of the Palace in the İYİ Party.

Good Party Leader Müsavat Dervişoğlu spoke about the agenda at his party's group meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). Dervişoğlu criticized the surprise meeting between President Erdoğan and Meral Akşener, saying "There is no place in the Good Party for a so-called politics that burns a thousand gossip candles in a thousand rooms and emerges from the dark corridors of the Palace."

And the most popular product of this scheme is, as you know, normalization. They even shout like peddlers selling combs on a ferry, saying 'Normalization area, new constitution for free.' We are aware of the truth. We also know what the things announced by the Presidency of Communication, also known as the 'Heraldry Directorate of the One Man,' with drums and trumpets serve.

Everyone can be sure that those who wear this badge with honor never forget that they are the representatives of the people, not even for a second. And no evil or calamity has ever come from any pen that those who carry this badge with dignity have signed. It will not happen in the future either. Our view of politics is as follows: Just as there is a hierarchy of norms in law, there is also a hierarchy of interests and consciences in politics. At the top of this hierarchy is the common interest and conscience of the people. All other issues fall under it. The existence of the state is a whole with the existence and independence of the nation. The meaning of the state duty that we jointly perform is subject to this condition, which is the covenant with the people.
