The Turkish Football Federation postponed all matches in the 2nd and 3rd leagues due to snowfall that has affected a large part of the country. The postponed matches will be played on April 2-3.

Heavy snowfall affecting a large part of Turkey, especially Istanbul, has also impacted football matches.

ALL 2ND AND 3RD LEAGUE MATCHES POSTPONED

Due to the heavy snowfall, the Nesine 2nd League and Nesine 3rd League matches have been postponed. The TFF announced that all matches scheduled for February 22 and 23 in the 2nd and 3rd Leagues have been postponed. The postponed matches will be played on April 2-3.

SCHOOLS IN 15 PROVINCES HAVE BEEN CLOSED

Meanwhile, due to the snowfall affecting the entire country, news of school closures has come in succession. In addition to Istanbul, education has been suspended for 1 day in Kocaeli, Ordu, Muş, Siirt, Gümüşhane, Hakkari, Yozgat, Bayburt, Trabzon, Giresun, Erzincan, Sivas, Artvin, and Kırklareli.
