Details of the memorandum that Russia presented to Ukraine in Istanbul have started to emerge. Russian media claimed that Moscow demands Ukraine to recognize the annexation of Crimea and withdraw from Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson. Additionally, the confirmation of Ukraine's status as a non-nuclear weapons state is also among the demands put forward by Russia.
The delegations of Russia and Ukraine met for the second time in Istanbul for peace talks. The delegations reached an agreement on prisoner exchange during the meeting at the Çırağan Palace.

As hopes for a ceasefire increase, the details of the memorandum presented by Russia to Ukraine have started to emerge. Russian news agencies Interfax and TASS reported that Russia demanded Ukraine recognize the annexation of Crimea.
"THEY SHOULD WITHDRAW FROM 4 REGIONS"
It was also stated that the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian soldiers from Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson is among Russia's demands.

It was reported that Russia demanded confirmation of Ukraine's status as a non-nuclear country. Russia requested a clear prohibition on the deployment of nuclear weapons on Ukrainian territory. For a ceasefire, Russia envisions the cessation of arms supplies to Ukraine provided by the West.
