It has been revealed that Lieutenant Ebru Eroğlu, who was expelled for chanting the slogan "We are soldiers of Mustafa Kemal" during the graduation ceremony of the Military Academy on August 30, 2024, is still unemployed. While the other four expelled lieutenants were hired by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Eroğlu, who lives with her family in Istanbul, is struggling to find a job.

WHAT HAPPENED TO EBRU EROĞLU
According to journalist Ersin Eroğlu, four of the five expelled lieutenants — İzzet Talip Akarsu, Deniz Demirtaş, Serhat Gündar, and Batuhan Gazi Kılıç — started working at the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, while the top graduate Lieutenant Ebru Eroğlu has not yet been able to take a position in any institution. Eroğlu, who lives in Istanbul with her family, continues her job search.

During her five years at the Military Academy, Lieutenant Ebru Eroğlu received top marks for her discipline and stood out with her first-place ranking at graduation. Eroğlu, who also performed successfully in sports, shooting, and exercises, speaks Russian and achieved the highest scores in various fields such as computer science, electronics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, defense management, history, and international relations.
