Ekleristan, a dessert chain based in Bursa that has been operating in Turkey since 2020, has been hit by a crisis. The company, which has over 400 stores in 60 cities, has requested concordat from the Bursa 1st Commercial Court.

COURT GRANTED A 3-MONTH STAY

The court granted a three-month temporary concordat stay to Ekleristan and its three affiliated companies. With this decision, the assets of the companies have been put under protection, and the initiation of new enforcement or bankruptcy proceedings has been halted.
