One cannot help but wonder if he is so involved with people who are in this business from morning till night. Mr. Minister of Justice, is the judiciary independent?
"THE NAME OF THIS EXTRAORDINARY PERSON IS SATILMIS BÜYÜKCANAYAKIN"
I have a case I am being tried for. The Council of State made a decision, yet a lawsuit was filed against me. The court, which did not find the opinion of the five high judges of the Council of State sufficient regarding me, entrusted the matter to an expert. The expert submitted the report, and this extraordinary expert did not find the decision of the five high judges of the Council of State sufficient. He claimed that I had responsibility in this tender. These statements were also included in the indictment. An internal auditor prepared reports, presented them to me, and I did not take action. However, there is no such report. Since a non-existent report cannot be presented to me, there is no question of negligence of responsibility. So how did a non-existent report enter the prosecutor"s indictment? This was first written by a civil service inspector. Since we will focus on a single name today, there is no need to mention other names. He is a famous civil service inspector, popping up from everywhere. Our lawyers proved in court that there is no such report, yet the court accepted it. The name of this extraordinary person is Satilmis Büyükcanayakin. Keep this name in your mind; it has a memorable aspect. We submitted our criminal complaint regarding the person who presented a non-existent report as if it existed to the court, but the court did not even respond. This person is in a protected place. The court formed a new expert committee. The new report came out entirely in favor of me and my friends. This report was prepared by people who know the seriousness of the state, consisting of three retired Court of Accounts auditors. The court requested a third expert report. The new expert report came, and again the report was in favor of me and my friends. Just as Imamoglu has no responsibility in the tender, no wrongful action was taken in the tender, and no action was taken that harmed the public. Only Satilmis Bey did not find us justified. The man is brave enough to deceive the court. He was rewarded for this bravery. The tasks assigned to him, what a coincidence, are always related to us. One has been told, now two have been told!
"SATILMIS BEY WAS PREFERRED FOR THE INVESTIGATION REGARDING OUR ASPHALT COMPANY"
There is a clear malicious intent against us from Satilmis Bey. On February 2, 2024, he was again assigned to the investigation conducted regarding IETT. IETT"s lawyers objected. The prosecutor waited for a full 6 months without responding. As expected, Satilmis Bey prepared a report against IETT. When the prosecutor did not accept another expert, a scientific expert opinion was requested. A report was sent stating that Satilmis Bey"s report was not legally appropriate. It didn"t end there; there is a third one! He was specifically assigned to us for these expert matters. He was also preferred for the investigation regarding our asphalt company. As you can guess, he prepared his report in a short time, very practical! He prepared a report against our company and employees. We requested a scientific expert opinion from retired Court of Accounts auditors, and again, Satilmis Bey"s report was found unlawful with this report. What a beautiful operation, take a rose, give a rose! It didn"t end there; here comes the fourth one.

You will be surprised, but this time Satilmis Bey gave a report in favor of IBB. But there is a subtle detail, how? This government insists that the judiciary is independent; they have truly lost their sense of decency and shame. I tell this like a story, but these are scandals. Our investigations coincidentally align with Satilmis Bey. There are eight thousand eight hundred experts in Istanbul. For some reason, that one person, which equals Satilmis Bey, always looks at our files. Could this be a coincidence? This time he gave a report in favor of the institution; we are astonished. When we came to office, I instructed to identify the irregularities in past transactions. Our inspection board found numerous files and filed criminal complaints. The Ministry of Interior seized all these files. Since that day, they have been in the refrigerator of the Ministry of Interior. One of them is a tender held at ISPARK in 2018. We took it to court, and in 2023, what a coincidence, the famous expert Satilmis Bey was preferred. Satilmis Bey said there was no irregularity in the file we said had irregularities. Satilmis Bey, masallah, became a brave man after 2019, turned into a hawk. Wasn"t politics not interfering with the judiciary?
What is this obsession with Satilmis Bey? Of course, we did not stop and started to investigate. For some reason, this friend always ends up with the files of CHP municipalities. To the extent that it will ruin people"s lives and dignity. Now here comes the fifth one! This skilled person recently appeared in the operations in Besiktas and Esenyurt. If a matter concerns IBB and Imamoglu, Satilmis Bey is definitely involved with the file. The connection between the Besiktas and Esenyurt operations and IBB companies is as follows; this file is secret in the meantime, but it also concerns IETT and ISPARK. Imagine, the prosecutor did not even get a new investigation number. He included Besiktas and Esenyurt in our file. We learned that an expert team has been established. This time the committee consists of 3 people. One is familiar, of course, Satilmis Bey.
