Emine Erdoğan was welcomed here by Kuwait's Minister of Public Works Nora Mohammed Al Mashaan, the President of the Emirate Diwan Historical Documents, Museums and Libraries Center and General Director of Al Salam Palace Museum Sheikha Mona Cabir Al-Abdullah Al-Cabir Al-Sabah, Director of the Research, Translation and Publication Department of the Emirate Diwan Historical Documents Center Sheikh Ahmed Salah Nasır Al-Sabah, and the wife of Kuwait's Ambassador to Ankara, Abdulaziz A. Aladwani, Afrah Al-Fadaqi.
TOURED THE MUSEUM SECTION
While touring the museum section of the palace, Emine Erdoğan received information about the architecture of the museum, the construction processes, and the reconstruction of the palace after the occupation of Iraq, and examined photographs of important statesmen who visited the palace.
LUNCH WAS HELD
After the museum visit, Emine Erdoğan had lunch with Nora Mohammed Al Mashaan, Sheikha Mona Cabir Al-Abdullah Al-Cabir Al-Sabah, Sheikh Ahmed Salah Nasır Al-Sabah, and Afrah Al Fadaqi.

Later, Emine Erdoğan signed the palace's guestbook and wrote the following: "I was very happy to visit the Peace Palace Museum, one of Kuwait's symbolic structures. The Peace Palace Museum, with its architecture that leaves a mark on the city and its comprehensive narrative illuminating Kuwait's history, is among the distinguished museums not only of Kuwait but of the world. I will always cherish the beautiful memory of witnessing history in this precious memory place, getting to know Kuwait's rich culture closely, and the hospitality you showed during our visit."

Emine Erdoğan also made a post on her social media account regarding her visit. In her post, Emine Erdoğan stated: "On the occasion of our visit to Kuwait, I visited the Al-Salam Palace Museum, which combines cultural heritage with modern museology. This exceptional structure is an important center that transfers Kuwait's institutional memory to the future. I was pleased to gain important information about both the palace and the country's rich history," she said.
