Whoever has committed an act must bear the consequences of that act. It is not appropriate to punish another person who happened to be present when someone committed a crime.
For all four of them to be sentenced together, they must have acted in agreement and unity of thought and action - I emphasize this - to kill the late child. Four friends are walking down the street; if any one of them pulls out a knife from their pocket and stabs a person walking by, all three others must have acted with the same thought and unity of action.
This means that the court panel did not see any evidence in the file that the other two aided or participated in this crime, nor did they find sufficient documentation or anything else, which is why they did not impose a sentence. DECISION IN THE MINGUZZI MURDER CASE

B. (15) and B. B. (15), and after a conversation, B. B. pushed Minguzzi.
It was mentioned in the indictment that B. B. punched Minguzzi again as he continued to walk around, and the suspect injured Minguzzi in different parts of his body with a knife in his hand.
The indictment stated that U. B. also kicked Minguzzi, who had fallen to the ground, and after the intervention of nearby citizens, U. B. and B. B. fled, and it was expressed that Minguzzi, who was treated in the hospital after the incident, died 17 days later on February 9.
According to the autopsy report obtained from the Forensic Medicine Institution, it was recorded that Minguzzi had 3 incised wounds and a penetrating wound in his chest, and the cause of death was due to internal organ injury caused by a sharp instrument attack.
In the indictment, it was recorded that U. B. kicked Minguzzi, while B. B. stabbed him multiple times with a knife taken from the counter, and it was requested that both perpetrators, who were caught and arrested after the incident, be sentenced to imprisonment ranging from 18 to 24 years for the crime of "intentional murder of a child."
As part of the investigation conducted by the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an indictment was prepared with a request for consolidation against M. A. D. and A. Ö., who were determined to have acted with B. B. and U. B. on the day of the incident, for "aiding in the intentional murder of a child," seeking imprisonment of 15 to 20 years.
