The second phase deliveries are starting at Bayraktar İnşaat's rising project, Adres Ankara Evleri, in Ankara Yenimahalle. In the project, which is being developed in three phases, life continues in the first phase while construction work has started in the third phase.

In the project developed in three phases, while life continues in the first phase delivered residences, apartment deliveries in the second phase begin today with a ceremony. At the same time, construction work has started in the third phase, launching the new phase of the project. Designed as one of Ankara's new living centers with approximately 3 thousand residences, a street bazaar, social amenities, and extensive landscaping, Adres Ankara Evleri is turning into a growing living space.

Life has begun in Phase 1

In the first phase, rising on 44,187 square meters of land, the delivery process continues for 950 residences and 89 commercial units, and occupancy and life have started. As the settlement increases day by day, site life continues with all its vibrancy.

Deliveries are starting in Phase 2

Rising on 99,097 square meters of land, the second phase includes 1,536 residences and 17 commercial units. With construction reaching 85%, apartment deliveries begin today with a ceremony, and most of the independent sections belonging to cooperative partners have been made ready for occupancy. The remaining manufacturing continues according to the planned schedule.

Construction work has started in Phase 3

Construction work has also begun in the third phase of Adres Ankara Evleri. This phase, to be implemented on 22,187 square meters of land, will include 445 residences, 39 street shops, and 135 offices.
