In the İhsangazi district of Kastamonu, a construction worker who did not want to dirty the mosque because his clothes were dusty, performed his prayer on top of a construction material he bought from a hardware store.
Ahmet Turgut, who works at a construction site in the İhsangazi district of Kastamonu, had to go to the mosque in his work clothes to perform the Friday prayer. Not wanting to dirty the mosque, Turgut laid construction material he bought from a hardware store next to the mosque on the floor and performed his prayer. Citizens who noticed Turgut recorded the moment with their mobile phones. The citizens congratulated Turgut.

Turgut, stating that he could not change his dusty work clothes due to the intensity, said, "We didn't have time to change our clothes. My conscience wouldn't let me skip the Friday prayer. So I bought something from the hardware store and performed my prayer on it. May Allah accept it."
Nurullah Ayaz, Branch Manager of the İhsangazi District Mufti's Office, stating that Turgut's sensitivity pleased everyone, said, "Today, I led the Friday prayer at the Central Mosque. After the prayer, we witnessed a citizen performing his prayer on a mat he brought with him to avoid dirtying the mosque's carpets. We liked this situation. It is said, 'Almighty Allah loves those who are clean.' This sensitivity he showed to avoid dirtying the mosque was exemplary. We thank him for this sensitivity." -
