Upon notification, fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. While the flames were extinguished by the fire crews, it was determined that 3-month-old Mustafa Çakmak and his 18-year-old aunt Rabia Yıldız lost their lives at the scene. Fatma Çakmak and her husband Halil Çakmak were injured. The injured couple was taken to Selçuk University Medical Faculty Hospital by ambulance.
