INSTRUCTION HEARING HELD
Recently, an instruction hearing was held at the Bodrum 2nd High Criminal Court as part of the case. The lawyer of the detained defendant Seçil Erzan and the lawyers of the non-detained defendant Hakan Ateş were present at the instruction hearing.
TERIM DID NOT ATTEND THE HEARING, SUBMITTING AN EXCUSE
It was noted that during the hearing, the lawyer of the complainant Fatih Terim submitted an excuse petition regarding Terim, and a record was also presented indicating that Terim was abroad. Erzan's lawyer requested the main court to investigate the domestic entry and exit records regarding Terim's excuse.
DECISION FOR COMPULSORY APPEARANCE FOR TERIM
The Bodrum 2nd High Criminal Court, which announced its interim decision, ruled for a compulsory appearance decision regarding Fatih Terim and postponed the hearing to April 15.
