Famous actress Burcu Özberk's grandfather, Cumhuriyet Yıldızlar, passed away due to a brain hemorrhage. Yıldızlar was laid to rest in a funeral ceremony held in Eskişehir.
Actor Burcu Özberk's grandfather Cumhuriyet Yıldızlar passed away in the hospital where he was taken after suffering a brain hemorrhage. Yıldızlar, who was from Eskişehir, could not be saved despite all the interventions.
"WE HAVE LOST THE GREAT TREE OF OUR FAMILY"
Özberk shared the sad news on her social media account, stating, "My dear grandfather, the hero of my childhood, we have lost the great tree of our family, Cumhuriyet Yıldızlar."
A funeral ceremony was held today for Cumhuriyet Yıldızlar at the Sami Ramazanoğlu Mosque in Vişnelik Neighborhood after the noon prayer. Burcu Özberk attended the ceremony, and it was seen that her actor friends Aras Bulut İynemli, Tolga Sarıtaş, and Özlem Durak sent wreaths.
Yıldızlar was buried in tears at the Asri Cemetery after the funeral prayer was held.
