Journalist Fatih Altaylı testified at the prosecutor's office at the Istanbul Justice Palace in Çağlayan as part of the investigation into the Ahbap Association. Today, journalists Özlem Gürses and Ruşen Çakır, as well as actress Hazal Kaya, also came to the courthouse to testify within the scope of the investigation.
Journalist Fatih Altaylı came to the Istanbul Justice Palace to give a statement as part of the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Ahbap Association.
FAMOUS NAMES SUMMONED ONE BY ONE
The investigation, which targets the Ahbap Association and has led to the detention of 28 suspects including the association's founder Haluk Levent and social media influencer Oğuzhan Uğur, has now expanded to include famous figures.
The Chief Prosecutor's Office summoned journalists Fatih Altaylı, Özlem Gürses, and Ruşen Çakır, as well as comedian Şahan Gökbakar, actress Hazal Kaya, and social media influencer Fatih Koparan, to give statements as "witnesses."
FATİH ALTAYLI ALSO GAVE A STATEMENT
Fatih Altaylı, one of the journalists summoned to give a statement, came to the Istanbul Courthouse today and testified before the prosecutor's office. It was reported that Altaylı left the courthouse after the statement proceedings.
In addition to Altaylı, Özlem Gürses, Ruşen Çakır, and Hazal Kaya also went to the courthouse today and gave their statements.
According to information received, comedian Şahan Gökbakar and social media influencer Fatih Koparan, among others summoned to give statements, are expected to come to the courthouse and testify today.
THEY WERE THE FIRST TO BE SUMMONED
Earlier in the investigation, famous journalists Ece Üner and Fatih Portakal, singer Gökhan Özoğuz, presenter Öykü Serter, and lawyer Feyza Altun were summoned to the prosecutor's office to provide statements as witnesses. Yesterday, Ece Üner, Fatih Portakal, Gökhan Özoğuz, and Öykü Serter went to the Istanbul Courthouse with their lawyers and gave their statements.
