Within the scope of the investigation publicly known as the “fund embezzlement,” former Minister of Family and Social Policies Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, her husband İlyas Kaya, and former Capital Markets Board (SPK) Chairman İbrahim Ömer Gönül came to the Istanbul Courthouse to give statements again. It drew attention that Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and her husband İlyas Kaya, who are involved in the investigation as "suspects", entered the courthouse through the main door used by citizens rather than protocol or VIP entrances.
