Fenerbahçe football player Bright Osayi-Samuel has filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office, alleging that he stole a Rolex watch belonging to a woman named Ayşenur O., with whom he spent time at his home. A theft investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
The Fenerbahçe football player Bright Osayi-Samuel filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office, claiming that a woman he spent time with at his home in Üsküdar stole his Rolex watch. An investigation has been launched for the crime of 'Theft' related to the incident.
The incident occurred on April 27 at the residence in Üsküdar where Fenerbahçe football player Bright Osayi-Samuel lives. Noticing that his Rolex watch was missing from the house, the football player filed a complaint against a woman named Ayşenur O., who was the last person he spent time with at home. Following the player's complaint, the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation for the crime of 'Theft.'
"I REALIZED THE WATCH WAS NOT AT HOME" The complainant Bright Osayi-Samuel stated in his complaint to the prosecutor's office, "I am a football player for Fenerbahçe Football Club. I live in the Üsküdar district. On April 27, 2025, I met a person named Ayşenur O. at an entertainment club in Şişli. We had fun together, and then, with her consent, we went to my home in Üsküdar. While we were having fun at this place, my Rolex watch, for which I have the receipt attached to my petition, was on my wrist. After that, we went to my residence with Ayşenur. Ayşenur stayed at my house until 8:00 AM on April 27, 2025. She left my house around 8:00 AM. On the same day, I also went abroad. I returned to Turkey on April 29. In the first week of May, I noticed that my Rolex watch was not at home. I believe that the watch in question was stolen by the person named Ayşenur O., who came to my residence on April 27. Because no one else entered my residence after that date. It is confirmed in the camera footage that I last wore this watch on that day and returned home. I believe that if the other camera footage is examined, it will be determined that the suspect committed the alleged act. I am complaining about the suspect Ayşenur O., who stole my Rolex watch, for which I have the receipt attached to my petition. I do not know where she resides," he said.
"SHE CLAIMED I STOLE HER EXPENSIVE WATCH" In her statement, the suspect Ayşenur O., who was questioned after the complaint, said, "The complainant has been my friend for about 3-4 months. On April 27, we went to an entertainment center in Şişli together. There, he had fun with his friends. I just stayed by his side. It was very crowded. Later, we went to the complainant's residence in Üsküdar to get his luggage because he was going back to his home country, England. We stayed at the complainant's residence for about 20-25 minutes. He took his ready suitcase. We went together to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. He then left for abroad. I did not see him again after that. About a month and a half after this date, he sent me a message via WhatsApp, claiming that I stole his Rolex watch when we went to his residence. In response, I told him, 'If you have such an allegation, let's go to the authorities together. I did not steal your watch. In fact, I did not even see your watch.' I do not accept the charges against me. I will also present the WhatsApp messages exchanged between the complainant and me regarding the allegation of the watch being stolen as evidence in the case. I am innocent. I do not accept the charges against me," she said.
