The first incident occurred on Thursday, September 25, around 3:00 PM in Fatih Balat. According to the claim, the İETT bus driver approached the stop to pick up passengers. A passenger who boarded the bus proceeded to the back without tapping their card. After the driver's warning, a dispute broke out between the parties.

As the argument escalated into a fight, the passenger approached the driver and punched him in the head. After the fight, as the driver quickly accelerated, passengers were at risk of falling; a baby on the bus started crying due to the commotion. As other passengers intervened, the parties were separated, and the fight was captured on a mobile phone camera.

The other incident occurred on Monday, October 6, around 2:00 PM in the Kağıthane 4. Levent area. According to the claim, a passenger boarded the İETT bus from the back door due to the crowd.
