A fire broke out on the roof of an abandoned building in Mecidiyeköy, Istanbul. Firefighters dispatched to the scene began working to extinguish the fire.

A fire broke out on the roof of a building undergoing demolition on Selahattin Pınar Street in Mecidiyeköy for an unknown reason.

WORKERS TRAPPED

Workers who were working to demolish the building were trapped in the fire. Upon notification, a large number of firefighters, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters are continuing their efforts.
