Appearing on the "Arlene Is Alone" podcast, Grégoire candidly discussed the emotional process she experienced following the end of their 18-year marriage in 2023 and the public reactions to the new relationship.
"I PREFER LISTENING TO MUSIC INSTEAD OF NOISE"
When host Arlene Dickinson asked how she dealt with the public pressure surrounding this relationship, Grégoire said: "We are all human, and events affect us. How you choose to react to events is your decision. I prefer listening to music instead of noise."
Grégoire acknowledged that public comments can sometimes be triggering, emphasizing that she focuses on maintaining her identity and stance: "That doesn't mean I don't have feelings. I'm not crying, I'm not screaming, I'm not laughing... No! All of it exists. But what I do is my decision."
"WE ARE SEPARATE BUT STILL HAVE ONE FAMILY LIFE"
Despite everything, Grégoire stated that she and Trudeau are in harmony for the sake of their three children, Xavier (18), Ella-Grace (16), and Hadrien (11), highlighting the importance of family unity: "We have separate lives, but we have one family life. Living is not always easy, but it's a very adult thing."

Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry were first seen holding hands while leaving the famous cabaret club Crazy Horse in Paris on October 25. It was reported that they were in the city for Perry's 41st birthday and attended a show together.
