The first reaction from former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu to the cancellation of the CHP congress and the nullity decision has arrived. Kılıçdaroğlu, who is expected to return to duty, said, "All party members should respond to this decision with calm. Our party is a very large party. It will solve its problems internally."
The first comment came from former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu after the Ankara Regional Court of Justice (BAM) 36th Civil Chamber annulled the CHP’s 38th Ordinary Congress and the subsequent extraordinary congress with a decision of "absolute nullity".

With the court decision terminating the duties of Özgür Özel and his administration, Kılıçdaroğlu called on all party members to act sensibly. In line with the court's annulment decision, current Chairman Özgür Özel and his administrative bodies have been suspended from duty, and it is anticipated that the party will legally come under the control of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and the former administrative bodies.
