As the argument escalated, Tevfik Bağrıaçık fired at Dilek Bağrıaçık with the pump-action shotgun he had brought with him. Tevfik Bağrıaçık then shot himself with the same weapon.

THEY HAD 4 CHILDREN After the examination at the scene, the bodies of Tevfik Bağrıaçık and Dilek Bağrıaçık, who had 4 children, were taken to the Kahramanmaraş Forensic Medicine Institute morgue. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
