The first hearing of the murder case of 21-year-old footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı, who lost his life in an armed attack in Ümraniye, is being held today. While the defendants, including Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, and İzzet Yıldızhan, face the judge for the first time, the grieving mother, who came to the courthouse wearing a t-shirt with her son's photo, cried out in anguish, breaking hearts.

DEFENDANTS BEFORE THE JUDGE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Within the scope of the filed indictment, the defendants are facing justice. Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu and Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, who are requested to be sentenced to life imprisonment for 'premeditated murder' and 'incitement to premeditated murder', along with singer İzzet Yıldızhan, who is being tried for up to 5 years in prison for 'harboring a criminal' charges, are appearing before the judge for the first time.

The Kundakçı family, who came to the courthouse to follow the hearing, was present at the courthouse with T-shirts bearing the photograph of their deceased son Kubilay Kaan.
"HE EXECUTED BECAUSE OF A LOVE TRIANGLE"
Using harsh words against the defendant Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, who was also her son's friend, mother Kundakçı expressed that the incident occurred due to a "love triangle" and that her innocent child lost his life. She stated her reaction with the following words:
"Because of a love triangle, because of a woman, the child came and executed him. When you were like brother and sister, you didn't ask if the child was dead, but you ask about the dog!"
"LET THEIR HELL BE"
Mother Kundakçı, who is in deep pain from losing her child at such a young age, said in her rebellion against the defendants: "Let every drop of blood my son shed be their hell. They made me live hell. Now I go to my child's grave."
