The U.S. Army first captured Venezuelan President Maduro and his wife. Maduro was taken aboard a U.S. warship along with his wife.

U.S. President Donald Trump shared a photo of Maduro on his social media account. In the photo, it was seen that Maduro's hands and eyes were bound.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Maduro will be brought to New York. Trump noted that a criminal complaint had been filed against Maduro and his wife in New York, saying, "They are currently on a ship, being brought to New York, and they were taken to the ship by helicopter."
