"THE MATTER IS DEEP"
While resignations are occurring one after another in the AK Party, a notable evaluation came from former AK Party MP Şamil Tayyar. In a social media post regarding the resignations, Tayyar indicated that the process would continue and used the following expressions:
"The number of provincial heads resigning in the AK Party has risen to 5. This number seems likely to increase further. Organization Chairman Ahmet Büyükgümüş is trying to reorganize the organizations as the election approaches. A scalpel needed to be applied to the organizations; they are doing the right thing. I hope they do not hesitate and go deeper with the scalpel. Because, the matter is deep."
