Former national football player Nihat Kahveci and his ex-wife Pınar Kaşgören, with whom he divorced amicably in 2014, have had their ties strained again.

THEY WILL NOT SEE THEIR FATHER

Kaşgören applied to the court, claiming that Kahveci, the father of their two children, insulted them and harmed their pedagogical development, and requested a protection order. The court issued a restraining order, ruling that the famous football player must stay away from his children for two months and not communicate with them.

"THEY DO NOT WANT TO MEET WITH THEIR FATHER"

In the petition submitted to the court, it was stated that the children no longer wanted to meet with their father, did not feel safe with him, and were afraid of physical violence. Therefore, it was expressed that the current situation has caused deep wounds in the children's psychological development. It was requested that Nihat Kahveci be kept away from environments where his children Z.S.K. and E.K. are present, not approach their relatives, and not disturb Pınar Kaşgören through any communication channel.

HE CANNOT APPROACH WITHIN 500 METERS

Bakırköy 2nd Family Court, following the evaluation of Pınar Kaşgören's petition, decided that Nihat Kahveci must not approach the children's residence, school, and workplace within 500 meters due to the understanding that he had made threats of violence, insults, and degrading words and behaviors towards the children. Additionally, the court ruled that the famous football player must not approach the children's relatives and personal spaces, must not damage their belongings, must not contact the children through any means of communication, and that these measures will be valid for two months.

PRISON SENTENCE IS ALSO ON THE AGENDA

The court also stated that if these measures are not complied with, coercive imprisonment could be applied for each violated action. It was decided that the decision would be personally served to father Nihat Kahveci through law enforcement authorities.
