In a shocking incident at a nursery in Spain, a disturbing video has emerged showing a small child being thrown against a wall and force-fed. Following these images, four staff members working at the nursery were arrested on charges of child abuse.

The footage, secretly recorded by a student interning at the Casanueces nursery in Torrejon de Ardoz, near Madrid, shows chilling moments where a female caregiver grabs a small child and slams their face against the wall.

The woman is heard shouting at the terrified, crying child, "Don't spit out your food!" Then, angrily, she says, "I'm so fed up with you!"

The caregiver repeatedly slams the child's head against the wall, then turns the child over and begins to force-feed them.

She threatens the child, saying, "If you spit it out, I'll shove that food back in your mouth," and then uses a harsh expression, "If you throw up, you're done for!"

Even more shocking is that another nursery worker is seen in the background standing by without reacting to this cruel treatment.

The Spanish police stated in a press release that two employees were arrested on charges of child abuse, while the other two were arrested for failing to report this horrific incident to the authorities. The women, currently in custody, are expected to appear in court later today.

This shocking event has led parents to demand urgent explanations from the nursery management and local authorities.

One parent, Nancy, who was horrified by the incident, told Spanish news channel Antena 3 that she couldn't sleep and couldn't shake the thought that her 18-month-old daughter might have been subjected to similar mistreatment.

Nancy said, "Everything we saw is etched in my brain."

She also expressed that her little girl had recently experienced a sudden loss of appetite and, after watching the footage of the forced feeding, she now understands why her daughter had been refusing to eat.

The Torrejon de Ardoz Municipality has requested an immediate investigation into the incident from the Madrid-East Regional Directorate of the Madrid Autonomous Community's Ministry of Education.

The municipality also asked the Education Inspection Board to take all necessary measures regarding the nursery's organization, operation, and staff.

Following the incident, the nursery was temporarily closed, while the Madrid Municipality's Education Directorate began providing psychological and social support to all affected families.
