According to the decree published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Erdoğan, four new directorates have been established: the Project and Construction Directorate, the Foundation Education Directorate, the Information Technology Directorate, and the Manuscript Qurans Directorate.
The Presidential Decree on the Amendment of the Organization of Institutions and Organizations Related to Ministries and Other Institutions and Organizations has been published in the Official Gazette.
THE COUNCIL'S MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REORGANIZED
With the "Decree No. 182" published under the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the membership structure of the Statistics Council has been reorganized.
The Council has been changed to include representatives from various institutions, with at least one member at the level of general director representing the ministries under the chairmanship of the president.
THE NAME OF THE "DIRECTORATE OF INVESTMENT AND REAL ESTATE" HAS BEEN CHANGED
The name of the "Directorate of Investment and Real Estate" in the organization of the General Directorate of Foundations has been changed to "Directorate of Real Estate," while three new directorates have been established: the Directorate of Projects and Construction, the Directorate of Foundation Education, and the Directorate of Information Processing.
"DIRECTORATE OF MANUSCRIPT MUSHAFS" HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED
Within the Turkish Manuscripts Institution Presidency, the "Directorate of Manuscript Mushafs" has also been established. The duties of the presidencies established by the decree have been detailed. New positions have also been created in the tables published as an annex to the decree regarding these arrangements.
