An investigation has been launched against Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi and Yeşil Global İnşaat Turizm Otelcilik Anonim Şirketi, which have been constructing skyscrapers with hundreds of apartments for 15 years as part of the Innovi 4 project in Esenyurt. The companies have been appointed a trustee by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).

The companies have been appointed as trustees by the TMSF.
CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN STOPPED FOR YEARS
The court issued a bankruptcy decision in the case against Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı. Despite hundreds of apartments being sold from the Innovia 4 project planned to be implemented in Esenyurt, it was stated that the constructions could not be completed and the title deed transfers could not be made. Many individuals who purchased apartments from the project stated that they were victims. The rejection of the company's request for concordat accelerated the bankruptcy process. In the expert reports prepared within the scope of the case seen at the Istanbul Anadolu Courthouse, it was stated that the company's debt burden exceeded 11 billion lira. After the court's decision, the file was sent to the Bakırköy 1st Enforcement and Bankruptcy Directorate.

An investigation has been launched against Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi and Yeşil Global İnşaat Turizm Otelcilik Anonim Şirketi by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Bureau for the crimes of Establishing an Organization for the Purpose of Committing Crimes, Qualified Fraud, and Money Laundering from Criminal Proceeds. As part of the investigation, the companies have been appointed as trustees by the TMSF.
TRUSTEE APPOINTED
In a statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated: "As part of the investigation being conducted by our Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Bureau for the crimes of Establishing an Organization for the Purpose of Committing Crimes, Qualified Fraud, and Money Laundering from Criminal Proceeds, there are concrete evidence-based suspicions that the suspect Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi has defrauded victims regarding the Innovia 4 project to be established in Yeşilkent Neighborhood, Esenyurt, and has smuggled assets abroad. In order to prevent the assets from being smuggled abroad and to ensure the healthy conduct of the investigation, the suspect companies Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi and Yeşil Global İnşaat Turizm Otelcilik Anonim Şirketi have been appointed as trustees by the Istanbul 3rd Criminal Court of Peace's decision dated 13/03/2026 and numbered 2026/2606."
