In the statement made to KAP regarding the transfer from the black-and-white club, it was stated, "An agreement has been reached regarding the definitive transfer of our professional football player Demir Ege Tıknaz to SC Braga. According to the agreement, SC Braga will pay our club a contract termination fee of 7,000,000 Euros. Additionally, according to the transfer agreement between our club and SC Braga, a conditional bonus of 500,000 Euros will be paid, and in the event of a temporary and/or definitive transfer of the player to another club, 20% of the remaining amount after deducting the amounts paid/will be paid to our club due to this agreement will be paid." it was said.
