The grave of the singer Güllü, who is alleged to have been thrown out of a window by her daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter at her home in Çınarcık, Yalova, has been adorned with roses at Tuzla Cemetery.
Gül Tut, known by the stage name Güllü and one of the beloved figures of arabesque music, tragically passed away on September 26 after falling suspiciously from the balcony of her home in Çınarcık, Yalova, at the age of 52.
HER FANS CONTINUE TO VISIT HER GRAVE
Güllü's grave, located at Tuzla Cemetery, where her mother Yücel Kesici is buried, is frequently visited by her fans and loved ones. Visitors leave roses at the grave, and there is also a floral crown and a windmill made of flowers at the gravesite. The grave adorned with roses attracts the attention of visitors and is often featured in social media posts.
"SHE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED BEAUTIFULLY"
Irmak Cevahir, one of the citizens visiting Güllü's grave at Tuzla Cemetery, expressed her feelings: "Our pain is very deep, there is not much to say. The pain we are experiencing is profound, our hearts are burning. I wish she had died from an illness, I wish it hadn't been like this. Experiencing such a thing through a child is indescribable. There are really no words to say. She is our queen, she will always be in our hearts. I don't usually listen to arabesque music, but Güllü will always have a place in my ears. She will always be remembered beautifully, she will not be forgotten. May her reign be eternal, may her path be illuminated. We will always keep her alive in our prayers," she said.
"I MET GÜLLÜ LATE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE LOST HER EARLY"
Vocal artist Zeynocan, one of the visitors, stated, "I extend my endless gratitude to my dear brother Ferdi Aydın, who does not allow this incident to be covered up and faces everything head-on. I am also a veteran vocal artist with thirty years of experience. Although we have been in the same environments, I never had the chance to meet Güllü. I only got to know her during a live broadcast. I met her late, but unfortunately, we lost her early. The humanity, humility, and tolerance she displayed during that broadcast left me in awe. If Mr. Ferdi had not pursued this matter with determination, this incident would have been covered up as an 'accident.' However, our brother Ferdi never gave up. I thank him endlessly as an artist and a person from the public. Those who thought Güllü was alone were mistaken. May everyone’s condolences be accepted."
