The singer Güllü, who lost her life after falling from her home in Yalova, had her daughter arrested, and following this, her son Tuğberk Yağız Gülter gave hours of testimony at the prosecutor's office as a complainant. In his statement, Tuğberk Yağız Gülter reportedly said, "If my mother was a victim of murder, I am complaining about everyone involved in this case, but if my sister has nothing to do with this incident, I am not a complainant."
Known as Güllü, singer Gül Tut fell to her death from the window of her apartment in a six-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district on September 26. As part of the investigation initiated by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident, Güllü, who underwent an autopsy, was buried in Istanbul.
GÜLLÜ'S DAUGHTER ARRESTED
After technical and physical surveillance, the singer's daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who spoke differently in three previous statements, were caught and detained by the police in Istanbul while carrying suitcases. Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was arrested on charges of 'intentional murder.'
GÜLLÜ'S SON GAVE A STATEMENT
As part of the investigation into Güllü's death, her son Tuğberk Yağız Gülter was called to give a statement as a complainant and arrived at the Yalova Courthouse with his lawyer. Gülter provided a statement to the prosecutor for about 5 hours. After leaving the courthouse, Gülter did not answer questions from the press, stating, "I have made my necessary explanations. I shared what I know. Future statements will be made by the lawyers."

His lawyer Aycan Sevsay stated, "We will not make a press statement at this time. At the request of the prosecutor's office, he came to give his statement as a complainant. He has explained everything in detail. We will make the necessary explanations in writing."
