Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made critical statements during a live broadcast on NTV. Evaluating the developments in Syria, Fidan also reacted to Israel's attacks on Syria.

Fidan shared that Israel has developed a strategy to eliminate the capabilities and resources of the new administration in Syria, stating, "I think this strategy is very dangerous. This strategy could lead to a major provocation. They are ignoring this. Not everything may go smoothly. That’s why we sent them a message. They should stop the provocations and refrain from bombing areas under the control of the Syrian administration."

Fidan emphasized that Israel wants to create a space where it can conduct operations from the air and ground "whenever it deems necessary" in Syria, stating that this is part of Israel's military planning.
