While e.l.f Cosmetics, which he founded in 2004, quickly turned into a billion-dollar brand, Borba, who became one of the most recognized names in the beauty industry but now lives in a simple room at St. Patrick Seminary in California, says, “I’ve never been this happy in my life.”
