The incident occurred on the evening of April 1, Tuesday, in the Piri Reis neighborhood. According to allegations, İsmail Y., dissatisfied with the tattoo on his arm, threatened the tattoo artist over the phone. After the phone call, İsmail Y., wearing a hood and mask, came to the front of the tattoo studio and fled after shooting at the business.
