INJURED THE MOTHER DOG AND KILLED ITS PUPPY
A person named Y.I. in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood of Tepebaşı district injured a stray dog, known to be a mother, that entered his garden with a shotgun, and killed its puppy by shooting it with the same shotgun.
NEIGHBORS REPORTED TO THE POLICE
Upon the neighbors' report, Eskişehir Police Department teams took action and detained the suspect Y.I. After his procedures, Y.I. was referred to the courthouse and then to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace.
HOUSE ARREST GIVEN
For the suspect brought before the duty judgeship, a judicial control measure of house arrest was imposed on the charge of "Deliberately killing a domestic animal or pet."
