The incident occurred on Saturday, November 9, around 02:10 in the 50th Year Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, police teams patrolling at night stopped a person with a black bag as he was about to enter a hotel with a girl next to him. While the police were conducting an identity check, Erdinç B. (22) allegedly said, "No problem, bro, we are here, we are going to the hotel with my girlfriend. Are you now a guardian of honor? Let us go about our business." During the identity check, it was revealed that the girl next to the suspect was 17 years old.

DRUGS WERE FOUND ON HIM

During the search of Erdinç B., the police seized 0.90 grams of drugs. Following this, Erdinç B. was taken into custody, and the 17-year-old girl named Y.G. was also taken into a police car to be taken to the hospital for a health check. Upon arrival at the hospital, Erdinç B. threatened the police teams, saying, "I have informed my relatives. They will come here now, then you will see."

Relatives of Erdinç B. who arrived at the hospital, Ömer B. (37), Eyüp Ç. (19), Harun K. (27), Ufuk B. (24), and Vedat B. (31) attempted to abduct Erdinç B. by telling the police, "Why are you taking our brother, what crime has he committed, you cannot take him." Due to the scuffle, a call for reinforcement was made, and many teams were dispatched to the hospital. During this time, the suspects threatened the police teams, saying, "Aren't you going to take off your uniforms? We will find you one by one and hold you accountable for this, we will catch you, we will find your home and your family."

CLAIM OF INJURING THEMSELVES IN CUSTODY

With the arrival of the reinforcement teams at the hospital, 6 suspects were handcuffed and neutralized. Due to their continued aggressive behavior and causing a disturbance in the hospital, the suspects were taken to an empty room. It was alleged that the suspects were hitting their heads against the walls and trying to headbutt the police teams, and throwing themselves on the ground.
