The lifeless body of 9-year-old Can Hüseyin Uçar, who had been missing in Adana, was found in an irrigation canal. Police teams found no signs of physical trauma on the body.
9-year-old Can Hüseyin Uçar, residing in the Yunus Emre neighborhood of Yüreğir district in Adana, left his home to play on the street but did not return. Uçar's family reported the situation to the police. The teams, who launched an extensive search in the area, examined the security cameras around Uçar's home after he left to play on the street 3 days ago, but the searches yielded no results.
LIFELESS BODY RECOVERED FROM CANAL
In the morning hours, citizens who noticed a child floating motionless in the irrigation canal in the Ali Hocalı neighborhood of central Yüreğir district reported the situation to the police and fire department teams. The teams removed the child's lifeless body from the canal. Examination revealed that the body belonged to Can Hüseyin Uçar.
Uçar's lifeless body was taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institute Morgue for autopsy. Meanwhile, police teams found no signs of assault on Can Hüseyin Uçar's lifeless body during initial examinations.
