Health Minister Memişoğlu's statement on e-Nabız! There is no question of it being sold.

Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu responded to claims that the e-Nabız Personal Health System was sold to Qatar, stating, "We are saddened by these claims. Because there is no chance for any data to reach another place through e-Nabız. We state this clearly. I want to emphasize that there is no problem with e-Nabız. The data of e-Nabız cannot be sold, given, or seen anywhere without the permission of the individuals. I want these issues to be disregarded and for misinformation and false information to be corrected," he said.

"TURKEY IS A ROLE MODEL IN HEALTHCARE"

Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu visited the Kars Governorship and met with Governor Ziya Polat. After the visit, Minister Memişoğlu made statements, saying, "We will make evaluations regarding health. We will assess both the operations and investments. Kars is a very strategic province, as you know. It is in a central position in the region. We came here to evaluate how we can provide better health services. I will particularly emphasize preventive medicine and primary health care again. Turkey truly has a healthcare system that is a role model for the world," he stated.

"PERSONALLY ENCRYPTED"

Responding to claims in some media outlets that the 'e-Nabız Personal Health System' was sold to Qatar, Minister Memişoğlu said, "Turkey has a system called e-Nabız, which has become a role model for the world, especially with its information infrastructure. This system has formed the basis of our healthcare system in terms of information and data, especially after 2014. It is the foundation of Turkey in terms of basic information. It is a database for everyone related to health. This is personally encrypted. No one can see this data unless the patients themselves request it. These are kept securely with special security measures. Their security is ensured through special software and audits. Especially during the Covid period, it has provided incredible manageability and tracking of the healthcare system. It is a proven software. When you look at it, while very developed countries in the world could not provide vaccination cards to people for days after vaccination, we delivered vaccination cards, international vaccination cards, to people instantly through this system. People have been enabled to manage their vaccinations and treatments themselves," he said.

"I CANNOT SEE UNLESS PERMITTED AS A MINISTER"

Minister Memişoğlu stated, "Many speculations are being made. By sowing discord and producing strife against Turkey's values and the beautiful works it possesses, they are belittling these and diverting them in other directions. Please do not cause a loss of trust. We are saddened by these claims. Because there is no chance for any data to reach another place through e-Nabız. We state this clearly. I want to emphasize that there is no problem with e-Nabız. The data of e-Nabız cannot be sold, given, or seen anywhere without the permission of the individuals. I want these issues to be disregarded and for misinformation and false information to be corrected. While we are discussing how to improve the healthcare system in Kars and working harder, I want to express that it is upsetting to have such disinformation. I want you to trust the information provided by our ministry's official institutions. As a minister, I cannot see the health data of our people unless permission is granted personally. We want our people to take care of these beautiful values in our society. We find it meaningless that the good work done in Turkey is constantly belittled by certain circles," he said.
