President Erdoğan, commenting on the decision to disband the terrorist organization PKK, stated, "When you return to your cities, reach out to our citizens and tell them this: Whatever Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, along with their esteemed organization, are doing, they are doing it for this nation, this state, our peace, and our prosperity." These remarks by Erdoğan were met with a standing ovation.
Speaking at the 'Organization Academy Leadership School' program at the AK Party Congress Center, President Erdoğan said, "Turkey is now competing in a new league in diplomacy, economy, trade, tourism, and other areas. With a terrorism-free Turkey, we are hopefully building our greatest achievement. We will bring our country many more successes and victories."
"YOU WILL TELL OUR CITIZENS THIS"
Continuing his remarks, Erdoğan stated, "With the National Alliance established in the squares on the night of July 15, we will bring our country many more successes and victories." He added, "When you return to your cities, you will reach every citizen street by street, house by house, and you will say this: Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, together with a noble organization behind them, are doing whatever they are doing for this nation, for this state, for our future, for our peace, for our prosperity. You will say that Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stands at the forefront of every initiative that would be against this country, and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli stands at the forefront as well. We will explain a terrorism-free Turkey to our citizens together in a way that leaves no doubt, question mark, or concern in anyone's mind."
"DO NOT ABANDON A CONSTRUCTIVE TONE, BUT..."
Erdoğan, who was applauded for a long time by those in the hall, stated, "You will explain to our people what we are striving for within the framework drawn by us and our authorized friends, and why we are dedicating our nights and days to this cause. You will never abandon a constructive tone, but you will also protect the rights and law of our nation in the face of rudeness, provocations, and irresponsible statements that offend and disturb the society."
