Samsunspor President Yüksel Yıldırım made statements about the Galatasaray match. Yıldırım said, "Our goal is 3 points, but as you know, it's a match with three possible outcomes, and an incredible pressure is being created, especially by the Fenerbahçe community. So we really have no choice but to approach the Galatasaray match with the motto of victory, but in the end, we will either win or not win against Galatasaray; we will see on Friday."
The president of Samsunspor, Yüksel Yıldırım, made statements regarding the match against Galatasaray.
Yüksel Yıldırım emphasized that Samsunspor must earn points in all of the last 8 matches of the league, stating, "First of all, we are playing our first match against Galatasaray. Galatasaray is 3 points ahead of Fenerbahçe, and they are also in the championship race. Therefore, I hope it will be a very nice match on Friday evening. If we can create an environment where the referee is not talked about, both teams will be aiming for victory, so our expectation is for it to be an enjoyable match."
Samsunspor is not a rival to Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, or Beşiktaş. Our goal at the start of the league was to stay in the league, and now it has become to go to Europe; that is our only aim. If possible, we want to finish third and go to the European Cup. If that is not possible, going to the Conference League as fourth is the worst-case scenario, and we will strive for that," he said.
