In the hidden camera scandal that took place in a bungalow in the Sapanca district of Sakarya, some footage was found on the phone of the business owner during the examination of electronic devices. Meanwhile, the bungalow where the hidden camera scandal occurred has been sealed indefinitely by the municipal police teams of the district.
In the incident that occurred on the eve of Ramadan Feast, a family who rented a bungalow in Sapanca from Istanbul allegedly noticed a hidden camera concealed inside a light bulb that had a full view of the bedroom and jacuzzi area. The family went to the police department to file a complaint. Following the report, teams initiated an investigation into the matter, seizing all electronic devices in the bungalow for examination.
HIDDEN CAMERA FOOTAGE WAS FOUND ON THE PHONE
As part of the investigations carried out by the police teams, all electronic devices in the bungalow were examined one by one. So far, it has been determined that some footage belonging to the hidden camera placed in the bungalow was found on the mobile phone of the business owner, H.K. (31).
2 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED
In the scandalous incident, although the business owner H.K. (31) and T.S. (48) claimed that they did not place the hidden camera themselves, they were arrested for the crime of "violation of privacy."
BUNGALOW SEALED INDEFINITELY
The bungalow where the hidden camera scandal occurred, resulting in the arrest of two individuals for "violation of privacy," was sealed indefinitely by the municipal police teams of the district. Additionally, as a result of the investigations, 91 bungalows belonging to a luxury hotel in the area were also sealed due to lack of permits.
THE VICTIM SPOKE
Mesut Koza, a victim of the hidden camera incident who participated in a live broadcast on CNN Türk, said, "I went to the bungalow for the first time. A friend of mine said I could guide you if you want. When the place was introduced, we were not very pleased. When we decided to sleep, I noticed a red light on our bed. At first, I wasn't suspicious. I saw a lens in the middle. Then I took it out from its place. My wife said let's report it. We called the police around 2 AM."
