ASAL Research shared the results of its election survey conducted in 26 provinces between May 10-14 with the public. Participants were asked the question, "If there were elections this Sunday, which party would you vote for?"
AK PARTY IN FIRST PLACE
In the survey, the AK Party ranked first with 33.5% of the votes, while the CHP came in second with a very close margin at 32.4%. The DEM Party secured the third place with 9.1%. The MHP received 8.6% of the votes, while the İYİ Party remained below the threshold with 4.2%.
ÖZDAĞ'S PARTY ON THE RISE
The Zafer Party received 3.8%, the Yeniden Refah Party 3.1%, the Türkiye İşçi Partisi (TIP) 1.4%, and the Anahtar Party 1% in the survey, while the total votes for other parties were recorded at 2.9%. The survey indicates that the gap between the ruling party and the main opposition party has significantly narrowed, while the fragmented structure in voter preferences continues to be noteworthy. This scenario suggests that the balance of alliances could become a determining factor in a possible election.
Here are the results of the survey;
- AK Party: %33.5
- CHP: %32.4
- DEM Party: %9.1
- MHP: %8.6
- İYİ Party: %4.2
- Zafer Party: %3.8
