How did they kill 8-year-old Narin? The details in the report are devastating.

19.09.2024 12:50

In the 'Histopathology' report of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who was found to have been suffocated in Diyarbakır, intense bleeding was detected especially in the left neck and the junction of the neck with the back of the head, as well as under the left jaw, except for the front neck bones. Considering the areas where the bleeding was intense and the pressure on the chest, it is being considered that the suspect killed Narin by strangling her from behind with his arm.

The investigation into the death of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21st in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district in Diyarbakır and whose lifeless body was found 19 days later, continues.

According to the exclusive report by Habertürk journalist Mustafa Şekeroğlu, the details of the Histopathology report that revealed Narin's cause of death as "strangulation" were chilling. The report prepared by the Pathology department of Diyarbakır Forensic Medicine Institute stated that there was decay and liquefaction in many parts of Narin's body. The details of the report revealed 4 results regarding the neck area of Narin.

DETAILS OF THE BLEEDINGS EMERGED

The report includes details of the bleedings that occurred in Narin's neck area. Three out of the 4 results are related to the damages in the neck area. According to the results, there was bleeding in the front muscle groups of the neck and the area where the neck meets the back of the head on the left side, as well as in the bones under the left jaw.

PRESSURE APPLIED TO HER CHEST

The fourth notable result was the damage to Narin's chest. According to the report, findings consistent with bleeding between "heavy otolithic muscle segments with indistinct cytoplasmic boundaries" were obtained in the upper chest and subcutaneous tissue. According to Narin's autopsy report, which determined that she was killed by strangulation, the suspect kills Narin by applying pressure to her chest, particularly focusing on the left neck area.

HUGGED FROM BEHIND WITH AN ARM

According to the emerging results, it is believed that Narin was manually strangled. Considering the areas with intense bleeding and the pressure on the chest, the possibility that the suspect strangled Narin by hugging her from behind with an arm is strengthening.

91 FINDINGS UNDER EXAMINATION

Narin's Histopathology report was also sent to the Autopsy department of Diyarbakır Forensic Medicine Institute. In addition, it was learned that 91 separate findings obtained from Narin's lifeless body are being thoroughly examined at Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute, and the detailed forensic report is expected to be completed next week.
