Emphasizing that climate change increases agricultural pests, Yazgan highlighted that the solution lies in mass struggle and producer unions. CLIMATE CHANGE AND PEST CONTROLProf. Dr. Yazgan stated, "The number of pest cycles has increased due to climate change," and expressed that the use of pesticides is harmless when done at the right time and in the right amount. He pointed out that individual methods in agricultural struggle are insufficient, saying, "It is necessary to conduct the struggle in a mass manner." PRODUCER UNIONS AND INSPECTIONSYazgan stated, "Instead of producing with small plots, producer unions should be established," emphasizing that an organized structure is essential for managing everything in agriculture. He also noted that inspections have increased in both export and domestic markets. "THERE IS NO CONCEPT OF RETURNING PRODUCTS FROM EXPORT"In his statements regarding export processes, Yazgan said, "There is no concept of returning products from export." However, he also addressed the difficulties faced when products do return, mentioning that Bulgaria earns 50 million Euros annually from this process.
