In recent years, Türker İnanoğlu, who faced health issues due to aging, passed away at the age of 87 on April 2, 2024, in the hospital where he was receiving treatment in Istanbul. İlker İnanoğlu, who was deeply saddened by this loss, was shaken by the pain of losing his mother just a year after his father's death. Filiz Akın, known as one of the four-leaf clovers of Yeşilçam, passed away on the night of March 21 in the hospital where she had been receiving treatment for a long time. In accordance with her will, Akın was buried in Aşiyan in a ceremony attended only by her close family. Akın's son, İlker İnanoğlu, shared his grief on social media, expressing emotional sentiments regarding the loss of his mother.
Recently, İlker İnanoğlu shared a photo with his mother, saying, "Half of my heart is gone. This is what being orphaned feels like. I wonder if this pain ever goes away?"
Despite a year having passed since his father's death, İnanoğlu stated that his pain has not diminished, saying, "It has already been a year since we laid my father to rest. I lost both my mother and my father in the same year. May God have mercy on them." in an emotional post.
